If you already have a website we do not throw it away. The system plugs into it — the chat widget, the booking form and the review display all work on a site somebody else built.
If you do not have one, we build it as part of signing up. Not as a setup fee, not as a first-month charge. The domain is registered in your name, so if you ever go elsewhere it goes with you.
What we will not do is promise a ranking. Where you land in Google depends on how long you have been trading, how competitive your area is, and how many reviews you have — none of which a new website changes overnight. What it does change is whether the people who already find you decide to call.
The yearly rebuild is included, not upsold. Designs date, phones change, and a site that was sharp in its first year reads as neglected by its third. Each year it is rebuilt on the current design with your current work, reviews and services, and the domain stays in your name throughout.
